Your monthly membership is $100/month and includes a custom facial. You can choose to upgrade your facial with additional add-ons for a special members-only price.

We reserve the right to choose what modalities are used for your service, as not all modalities suit everyone.

You will receive a custom facial based on your specific skincare goals and needs.

This facial may include one or a more of the following treatment modalities:

• Dermaplane

• LED Therapy

• Nanoinfusion

• Carboxy Therapy

• Enzyme Peel

• Probiotic Facial

• Cryotherapy Facial

You may add-on additional services like lash lifts or a brow wax & tint during booking for a special members-only price.

While we require that you commit to a three-month subscription, after your third month you will be on a month-to-month basis.

We require a 30 days notice of your cancellation. For example, if your third month is March, you’ll need to notify us of your desire to cancel your subscription for April on March 1st.

All you need to do to cancel is send an email to arcaneesthetics@gmail.com with the subject “Membership Cancellation”. No strings attached, or reason needed! Once your commitment has been fullfilled you can cancel at any time with a 30 days notice.

You may choose to upgrade your monthly membership appointment with add-ons when booking. You will be charged for the base membership price + any add-ons you’ve selected on your billing date.

If you want to remove your add-ons, you will need to do so before the billing date.

If you choose to add on a lash fill, please note this is only valid for existing lash clients and only includes a discount for one fill a month. Your other fills will be regular price. In order to get the discount you must have your facial appointment and your lash fill on the same day.

If your payment declines, you will have 3 days to amend it.

If you are unable to amend it, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be invoiced for the missed membership fee. You will not be able to rejoin the membership option, but will still be accepted as a client once the subscription is paid.

If you do not fullfill the invoice, you will not be allowed to rebook at Arcane Esthetics.

All subscriptions will be billed either on the 1st or the 15th of the month. You may choose when filling out your form which day you’d like.

Appointments for your membership do not roll-over. You must schedule your appointment for the billing cycle within that month.

We recommend pre-booking your first three appointments to ensure there is availability for you (our books are open 90-days out). We are not responsible for reminding memberships to book their monthly service.

If we notice that you have not made an appointment for more than 2 months (after your 90-day commitment has been fullfilled), your membership will be cancelled.

Memberships are held to the same cancellation period (48-hours) as other appointment types. If you late cancel you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. If you late cancel more than twice, your membership will be revoked after your 90-day commitment has been fullfilled.

If you reschedule within the required time-frame, please note that the rescheduled appointment needs to be within that billing cycle’s month. Otherwise you will forfeit your appointment for that month. For example if your appointment is scheduled for February 15th and you reschedule to March 1st, you will forfeit your appointment for February.

Please keep in mind that your time-slot is pre-booked and unavailable to other clients and members. Cancelling last minute takes away from their ability to be seen. We offer you a steep discount in return for your commitment and respect of our policies that allow us to keep our business sustainable.

Once you fill out the form on this page, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to the contract.

You won’t be able to book your appointment until the contract is signed.
